Anti-Oxidants on a Stick

A summer treat made with super-foods!

Get some of those amazing berries that are coming into season for the summer and some really dark chocolate, put it all in a blender and make your own anti-oxidant popsicle. You can use powdered raw cacao or baking chocolate or a dark dark dark chocolate bar, but make it really dark chocolate so you get the benefits of the anti-oxidants and the good fats.

Anti-oxidants are essential for good health so why not make them a treat!


• 1 cup raspberries
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1 cup of water
• 2 tbsp. of dark chocolate chunks (get as close to 100% as you can) or you can use powdered raw cacao
• 1/4 tsp. of cardamom seeds


Mix it all in a blender and pour into the ice popsicle form, add the sticks.
Put it the freezer; wait, wait, wait.
To get the popsicles out of the form, use a bowl of hot water to dip the form in until the popsicles slip out.

Makes 6 ice popsicles
