Taking time.

Root veggies are an nice way to add sweetness to a meal and even though making them takes time, it can be a mindfulness practice that adds to the nourishing experience of cooking. When busy we tend to skip¬†making good food for ourselves because we don’t have time. But to truly thrive and live nourished, we need to take time to take better care of ourselves.
