Taking time.

Root veggies are an nice way to add sweetness to a meal and even though making them takes time, it can be a mindfulness practice that adds to the nourishing experience of cooking. When busy we tend to skip making good food for ourselves because we don’t have time. But to truly thrive and live nourished, we need to take time to take better care of ourselves.
