Vegan Yoghurt

We love our morning milk.

But what do you do if you are lactose intolerant?

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 pecans
  • 1/2 cup whole rolled oats (gluten-free if you need to be sure you are gluten-free)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, each toasted and black
  • 1 cup coconut-milk
  • dash of sea-salt

To change how we eat we need to not only know what, we also need to know why. That is how information becomes knowledge and that is how we change. When we become mindful of how we feel and understand how food affect us, changing habits becomes a natural next step. This is how we learn to take better care of ourselves but it is also we take responsibility for ourselves without the struggle.
