I founded Path For Life Self Nourishment 10 years ago for the simple reason that I wanted to help people get healthy. What I found was that while we inherently want to be healthy, happy, and vibrant, a lot of people struggle to change. Over the past decade, I’ve found that no food plan works alone. Built on the profound understanding of how people make changes, transform, and become truly healthy, the 9-step Self Nourishment Course incorporates the 3 key elements essential for change and transformation: Food Knowledge, Mindfulness and Habit-Shifting. In my personal sessions I guide, teach, coach, and most importantly, help you make the changes you want and need to thrive in your health and your life.
