A treat
-is supposed to make you feel good. So make a treat both healthy and yummy. No need to forgo the taste for health, or your health for taste. When you have a chocolate craving – this is the way to go.
INGREDIENTS
This is per person:
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 table spoon each raw cacao, maple syrup, coconut oil
HOW TO
Heat the coconut oil and raw cacao in a pan to melt it slightly
Pour everything in the blender with the walnuts, blend and you have crunch
Roll up about 1 large table spoon per “truffle” into small balls or you can just serve it as crunchy yummy topping to baked apples or coconut ice-cream.
