Savory popsicles!
Make a gazpacho soup and serve it on a stick. Fun food for an appetizer, last party of the season, or just one of those ideas that can give you a new experience of food.
The watermelon gazpacho, tomato/fennel gazpacho and the cucumber-pea gazpacho are already here on the blog.
Once you have made the soups you can pour them in the popsicle form, leave them in the freezer until frozen.
When you take them out have a bowl of hot water waiting – that helps get them out of the form easy to serve.
