WHY NOURISHMENT?
Performance is not about doing more. It is about doing better.

FOOD-KNOWLEDGE
is the most powerful way to empower the individual to make better food choices. It is a shift from information to wisdom, by educating how food is a tool for well-being and performance, not just another diet.

MINDFULNESS
is the bridge that connects food-knowledge with practical action. When we learn to integrate mindfulness into our food choices, with how food makes us feel, soon, eating becomes a body-felt experience. We learn the WHY of what we eat, rather than getting stuck in WHAT to eat.
3.
HABIT-SHIFTING
is how we change from being stuck to processing change. When we set goals, we create intent, but change only happens when we support the process of change. Habits help us move forward by tying together our desire to take action and our human needs for connection, community and commitment.

WHO TAKES CARE OF BUSINESS?

We get to work and we forget all about ourselves, or we don't take time to take care of the very thing that is carrying us around all day; our body. Or feeding what is helping us make good decisions; our mind. We don’t even pause to recharge what is keeping us from getting overwhelmed by stress; our nervous-system.

We get on survival mode and the whole team pushes forward. Before the end of the day everyone is tired, irritable and impatient and just looking forward to getting a break. That break is to go home and "treat" ourselves, disconnect and recover from the day. But do we?

Food and lifestyle-related illnesses all affect the business. Tired, foggy, unmotivated employees. Distracted by cravings or pain, inefficient because of mindlessness and irritable and impatient, because of being hungry, low blood-sugar, dehydrated and just simply did not take a break to breathe, stretch or even walk for 5 minutes. I hear it all the time. That is not how our days should be spent and it is not how your business can flourish.

Without nourishment we are pushing forward everyday on survival mode and not only do we suffer, the whole team suffers, and the business does too. 

What if, instead of giving work our all every day, we could give it our best? 

NOURISHMENT IS LEADERSHIP

Food is our most powerful resource and tool for taking charge of our well-being and future health. It is how we can be alert, active and engaged, master stress and thrive.

To lead it is essential to be mindful, clear, and effective. That takes nourishment.

Leadership is to create an environment that supports employees better, create a more nourishing environment that encourages better team-work, more effective and efficient employees, and better relationships that allows the individual to thrive, so your business can thrive too.


Even though time is the new currency, self-care is not where to save time. When a leader is nourished, it encourages an environment of motivation, care, engagement and healthy self-esteem for everyone.

I meet leaders everyday with failing health, concerns for the future, and slipping vitality because their career is getting the best of them.
