Why mindfulness matters

My hope is that you find my message of nourishment worth listening to and sharing. Everyday I work to create awareness that our relationship with food is not our enemy, it is our doorway to understanding ourselves, our habits, patterns and addictions in a whole new way. It is our doorway to self-love, self-respect and a new relationship with our very own body. We deserve it! Food is an essential part of our daily lives and I would like for it to be a joy and support system for you, instead of a daily struggle.
